Disable pits:
Press Select, A to display the transceiver screen when a pit opens. Press Select again to resume game play. The pit will now be closed.

Disable Super computer timer:
Move up towards the top in room with the flashing floor before the computer room. As soon as the next room is entered, move right and exit downwards. If done correctly, you should enter the room with the final Boss, but without the super computer timer.
